Christopher J. Bialkowski
A founding partner of BL LAW, Chris has been practicing personal injury litigation since his call to the bar nearly a decade ago. Chris graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2003, after attending Syracuse University on an academic scholarship. Chris was admitted to the Bar in Ontario in 2004 following completion of his articles with a midsize litigation firm in Toronto.
Chris has extensive Court experience. He has conducted several jury trials in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and has also appeared before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
Chris has assisted clients in litigating claims involving traumatic brain injury, chronic pain, spinal cord injury, broken bones/orthopaedic injuries, and fatalities arising from motor vehicle accidents. Mr. Bialkowski has also litigated cases involving pedestrians, cyclists, drunk driving, slip and falls, over serving of alcohol by bars and restaurants, assault and battery, unsafe road conditions, animal attacks, boating accidents, and school/nursery negligence cases. Chris is also well versed in Long Term Disability claims.
Chris is married with three sons. In his spare time he enjoys attending Blue Jays games, snowboarding and is a competitive squash and tennis player.
